We work to keep product descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurate, but inventory, supplier information, pricing, and specifications may change. Obvious pricing, catalog, or technical errors may be corrected. Product colors and appearance may vary by screen or manufacturing batch.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order when payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, information appears inaccurate or fraudulent, or a material catalog or pricing error occurred. Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout.
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies are part of these terms. Some orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party warehouses or suppliers. Do not send a return without PetShipCo authorization.
Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law. Tax treatment can depend on the delivery destination and other factors.
PetShipCo branding, original site text, layout, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, descriptions, and images remain the property of their respective owners or licensors and are used in connection with legitimate product sales.
PetShipCo may rely on payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics, marketing, and technology providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
